This process is used for home with walls of brick veneer and a foundation of concrete slabs. Over the years, the weather and ground elements cause the slabs to crack in certain places or sink in certain spots. When this happens, the brick veneer losses its tight alignment, leading to structural instability and therefore requires underpinning of the property in which we extend the footing by digging under the existing foundation which is then poured with concrete for stability, a engineer and a soil test will need to conducted at the same time before commencing any works of property.

Divine Reblocking or Customer can organise a engineer to visit the site for assessment and issue a report. Which is a requirement for any council permit to be issued for works to be completed on any property.
